Hallo,

ik heb een insignia met twee maal een cilinderkop revisie. Eerste keer was het vanwege een verbrande klep in cilinder 3. En dat was niet goed uitgevoerd omdat het na de revisie misfires had op alle 4 cilinders. 

Toen kwam de klant naar mij. Ik heb de kop lpg geschikt gemaakt en teruggeplaatst. Ik heb hiervoor gebruik gemaakt van de timing tool. Nokkesassen juist gesteld, verstellers ook en cilinder 1 op tdc. Ik weet zeker dat mechanisch de timing goed moet zijn. Maar ik krijg een hele reeks met foutcodes. Schijnt dat de timing niet goed zou zijn. Maar dat heb ik dubbel gecheckt. Lijkt me sterk dat alle sensoren opeens kapot zijn en op hol slaan. 
De auto rijdt wel, maar met verminderde vermogen. Na een Tijdje rijden gaat de motorlamp branden en esp storing komt naar voren waarna hij in noodloop gaat.

Ik heb twee camshaft sensoren besteld en hoop daarmee uit te sluiten dat het aan die sensoren ligt  maar wellicht zoek ik het in de verkeerde richting.

 Als beginnende monteur hoop ik hier tips te krijgen in welke richting ik het moet zoeken.
